INT-2810 CCNP 1: IP Routing Credits 3 The IP Routing course is one of three CCNP Routing and Switching Courses (Implementing Cisco IP Routing, Implementing Cisco Switch Networks, Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks) recommended to prepare for the CCNP R&S Certification. This course is designed to provide professionals working with medium to large networks with the skills and knowledge required to incorporate advanced routing concepts when implementing scalability for Cisco routers that are connected to LANs and WANs. Students will build upon the knowledge and skills from CCNA Routing and Switching and help expand competencies to plan, implement, and monitor a scalable routing network. Prerequisite(s): INT-2460 with grade of C or higher or verification of CCNA certification to department coordinator. 2 class/3 lab hours. Note: This course charges an additional $32.00 per credit hour Information Technology Certification fee. Course Outcomes
- Implement, manage, and monitor advanced routing services in an enterprise network.
- Configure and verify complex enterprise LAN and WAN solutions.
- Configure dynamic routing using OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP routing protocols for IPv4 and IPv6 in an enterprise network.
- Configure policy-based routing (PBR) for path control and traffic regulation.
- Configure secure routing solutions to support branch offices and mobile workers.
- Design and implement a multi-site network that includes all outcomes listed above.
