- Discuss the basic concepts of real property law and real estate transactions.
- Evaluate the various rights associated with ownership of real property.
- Explain the concepts of titles, sales contracts, the sale process, real estate financing options, and the closing and settlement process.
- Analyze the roles and responsibilities of the paralegal while assisting a real estate attorney.
