Course Outcomes

Explain the concepts and principles used in basic physics, sound, optics, and remote sensing.
Interpret the precision of experimental data with significant figures and the error analysis methods used in physics.
Apply principles of basic mechanics to solve problems in kinematics, statics, and dynamics.
Apply the concepts of force, gravitation, momentum, and energy to physics solve problems.
Investigate the behavior of physical systems in the lab and explain the causes of any discrepancy between the experimental behavior/results and the expected behavior/results.
Discuss ethical principles involved with use of technology.
