BMT-2610 Human Resource Management Credits 3 This course examines principles and practices of human resource management in the business organization. Emphasis is placed on trends in management; safety in the workplace; job analysis; employee training, development and performance; compensation and benefits; as well as HR goals and global developments. Prerequisite(s): Reading readiness Formerly Formerly offered as MGT-2610. Students may not receive credit for both MGT-2610 and BMT-2610. Course Outcomes

- Analyze employee training techniques.
- Examine employee development and performance.
