The fundamental rules, regulations, policies and laws pertaining to procurement, changes in the law, remedies for bidders, procurement integrity and ethics.
Prerequisite(s): Reading readiness
Formerly Formerly offered as MGT-2530. Students may not receive credit for both MGT-2530 and BMT-2530.
Course Outcomes
 

  1. Define concepts of contract law.
  2. Explain the various contract clauses and provisions.
  3. Assess the needed skills in the administration of contracts.
  4. Identify changes in the law and the ramifications to the contract.
  5. Identify the laws pertaining to contracts.
  6. Analyze contract disputes and defaults.
