An exploration of the principles of effective leadership as it applies to the construction industry, both in the field and in the office. Directed to all levels of responsibility from field foreman to upper management.
Course Outcomes

Describe basic leadership skills and principles.
Apply the examples of past outstanding leadership to the student’s own work environment.
Determine the situations where various styles of leadership are the most effective.
