CUL-2760 Culinary Internship Credits 1 Students will complete 75-hours for college credit work-based experience and prepare pre- and post-experience reports. It can be paid or unpaid and should match the students’ professional aspirations. Students must have taken CUL-2150, and have completed 15-credit hours in general education and have permission from the department chair. Prerequisite(s): CUL-2150. Course Outcomes
- Apply food production skills as practiced in the culinary lab in a commercial food production facility.
- Utilize food safety procedures and laws within the business operation.
- Describe the commercial food production process and experience.
