Program Description


The Certificate in Hospitality Services Management is a flexible certificate designed to introduce students to the key skills and concepts required for a successful career in the expanding field of hospitality services. The core courses provide a strong background that addresses all segments of the industry with an emphasis on real-world applications and experiential learning. The curriculum includes adequate credits allotted to electives, thus allowing students to pursue more specialized education in industry segments of their particular interest.
