Program Description

This program prepares students for entry level jobs in a Security Operations Center (SOC). Students who complete this program are prepared to take the Security+, Cisco CyberOps Associate and CCNA Certifications. These entry level industry certifications validate a student’s ability to configure, secure, monitor, troubleshoot and/or manage medium sized networks. These skills could lead to a career as a Network Security Engineer, Network Analyst and Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst. All courses within this program can be used as part of the Cybersecurity A.A.S degree - Network Security track and the Information Technology A.A.S. degree.
