BPM-1020 Maintenance for Residential Property Management

Designed to prepare students to develop and implement maintenance systems for residential properties. Course topics include: The property manager’s role in maintenance; conducting inspections; developing and scheduling maintenance programs; budgeting for maintenance; staffing and contracting; energy management; customer service; government codes and regulations; and safety and security.
Prerequisite(s): BPM-1010.
Formerly offered as RPM-1020. Students may not receive credit for both RPM-1020 and BPM-1020.
