PAR-2540 Contracts

A survey of the law of contracts and sales. Emphasis is placed on the elements of a contract, the types of sales, and the legal consequences, including breaches, defenses and remedies. Practice in drafting contracts and sales agreements.
Prerequisite(s): Reading proficiency.
