Course Outcomes

Differentiate arguments from non-arguments.
Distinguish deductive from inductive arguments.
Distinguish fallacious arguments from non-fallacious arguments.
For fallacious arguments determine which fallacy is committed.
Utilize rules of categorical logic to determine the validity of categorical syllogisms.
Use truth tables and/or formal proofs to determine the logical validity within propositional logic.
