Principles for Applied College Algebra is an algebra-based corequisite course designed to provide the skills and conceptual understanding to succeed in the accompanying college-level MAT-1250 Applied College Algebra course. Essential skills and concepts include operations on polynomials, solving linear equations and inequalities, working with exponents and radicals, and evaluating and graphing linear and quadratic functions.

Principles for Applied College Algebra does not satisfy General Education Mathematics requirement.
Prerequisite(s): Appropriate Math Placement. Corequisite - Corresponding section of MAT 1250.
Corequisite(s): MAT-1250
