Credits 3 This course is the first part of a two semester sequence intended as preparation for calculus for students who are majoring in a scientific or technical field. Topics include polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions, circles, and an introduction to right triangle trigonometry and trigonometric functions. Problems are solved through analytical and graphical approaches.
MAT-1350C is equivalent to MAT-1350 and fulfills the General Education Mathematics requirement.
Prerequisite(s): Determined by placement methods.
Corequisite(s): MAT-0135C
