MAS-2060 Medical Assisting Practicum

3 Credits
The concluding medical assisting course that provides practical applications and experiences. Students perform general, administrative and clinical competencies in a supervised setting. The practicum is 160 hours of unpaid, supervised work in the clinical setting.
Prerequisite(s): MAS-2010, MAS-2020, and MAS-2030 with grades of C or higher. Corequisite(s): MAS-2040 and MAS-2050. 20 clinical hours/week.
