Program Description
Students who complete the Graphic Design Certificate will have the ability to produce print and screen-based graphics for commercial purposes using traditional and digital tools. Students will be able to assemble a portfolio suitable for workforce entry or professional advancement. Program Outcomes
Graduates of the Graphic Design Certificate will be able to: - Use the vocabulary of visual communication, elements of art, and principles of design
- Apply traditional and digital methods to student-created projects
- Demonstrate the stages of developing a visual product
- Assemble a portfolio suitable for workforce entry or professional development applicable to graphic design
