PMD-1030 Cardiology and EKG Interpretation

3 Credits
An in-depth study of the pathophysiology, assessment, and treatment of cardiac emergencies including basic and advanced EKG interpretation. Extensive use of laboratory and computer-assisted instruction will be emphasized.
Prerequisite(s): PMD-1000 , PMD-1010 , PMD-1020 , and PMD-1050 . Corequisite(s): PMD-2010 , PMD-2030 , and PMD-1100 .
2 class/3 lab hours.
Note: All courses incorporate Statewide Protocols for Paramedic as applicable.
