HSM-1860 Weddings and Social Events

This course addresses current trends and practices specific to the wedding and social events. It is mindful of the cultural significance aligned to event planning while working with a diverse market group that varies in age, gender, nationality, religion, and income. This is an event management approach to design, budgets, themes, room arrangements, event flow, entertainment, food and beverage, and guest interactions unique to non-corporate events.
