Development of oral communication skills to enhance human interaction, including nonverbal and verbal language usage, listening, conflict management and multicultural communication. Humanities general education class.

Prerequisite(s): Reading and oral proficiencies or ESL-0106 (formerly ESL-1060) with a grade of C or higher.
