TED-1200 Child Growth and Development

3 Credits
An introduction to the growth and development of children and adolescents. Emphasis is on physical, intellectual, and social/emotional aspects of child development and techniques to foster optimum physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in educational settings.
Students in the A.A.S. in ECE Program may take TED-1100 and TED-1110 in the same semester.
Students in the A.A.T. in ECE Program may register for TED-1110 in the same semester.
Prerequisite(s): Reading proficiency.
Note: All TED courses must be passed with a grade of C or higher.
