INT-2530 Telecommunications

Operation of the U.S. telecommunications system, including the local loop, cellular system, the SS7 long distance system, and Voice Over IP. Coding, compression, error-checking, and security systems used to ensure quality and performance.
Prerequisite(s): INT-1010 with grade of C or higher or permission of the department.
(Formerly offered as ENT-2830. Students may not receive credit for both ENT-2830 and INT-2530.)
