TED-1300 Methods and Materials in Early Childhood Education

Focuses on the methods and proper use of materials for effectively teaching young children. Students will plan and implement developmentally appropriate units, lessons, and activities for young children in a variety of settings.
Prerequisite(s): For students in the A.A.S. in ECE Program: TED-1100 and TED-1200 with grades of C or higher. Grade of B or higher in TED-1110.
For students in the A.A.T. in ECE Program: TED-1100 and TED-1200 with grades of C or higher. TED-1300 may be taken concurrently with TED-1400.
Note: All TED courses must be passed with a grade of C or higher.
