ART-1550 Sculpture I Credits 3 Introduction to basic sculptural techniques. Elements and principles of 3-D art are emphasized through practice in bronze casting, welding, carving and fabrication. Development of ideas will be encouraged through critique of and historic references to specific sculptures and artists. 6 studio hours. Course Outcomes
