PAR-2580 Employment Law Credits 3 An examination of the rights and duties of employers and employees and the role of the paralegals as part of the team representing each. Topics include the rights and duties of all parties when hiring, promoting, transferring, and terminating employees; privacy and discrimination issues; hour and wage laws; the role of government and labor unions; and workmen compensation issues for employment injuries.
