PED-1110 Introduction to Physical Education

In this course students explore the dynamic fields of Physical Education, Exercise Science, and Sport Studies as well as professional qualifications and opportunities in related fields of physical education. Content includes history, current practices, characteristics of competitive athletics, national standards of physical education and the needs of diverse populations.
