Analysis of major factors influencing world politics and the conduct of foreign policy.  
Course Outcomes
  1. Define the terms and concepts in the study of international politics.
  2. Identify the political structures of various international governments.
  3. Analyze major issues confronting state and non-state actors in the global political arena, such as war and peace, terrorism, economic globalization, and climate change.
  4. Analyze ongoing historical and political trends resulting in conflict and cooperation between and among nation-states.
