SGT-2300 Professional Success Preparation Credits 3 This course prepares the surgical technology program graduate for entry into the workforce. Topics include test-taking strategies, resume preparation, and interviewing techniques. Upon completion, students will be able to prepare a resume, demonstrate appropriate interview techniques, and identify personal strengths and weaknesses. This capstone course includes comprehensive review of theoretical knowledge presented throughout the course of the Surgical Technology Program. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are challenged. Prerequisite(s): SGT-2050 and SGT-2100 completion with grade of C or higher Corequisite(s): SGT-2070 and SGT-2200 Capstone Course(s): Yes. - Solve clinical simulation exercises designed to simulate patient management problems relevant to clinical practice in surgical technology.
