HLE-2520 Prevention and Community Health Credits 3 Equivalent Hours 3 This course provides an overview of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention in relationship to community health. Course content includes: Methods of implementation, risk assessment, prevention through the life-cycle, and evidence-based recommendations. Social-economic, cultural, and religious impacts on prevention and treatment of disease are considered. Course Outcomes
