This course focuses on advocacy in advancing public health programs and leadership development. Students will learn to gather evidence, develop advocacy messages and strategies, and implement and evaluate advocacy efforts. Leadership development will focus on personal integrity and respect, leadership models, personal leadership styles and health policy development.
