Program Description
The Certificate in Hospitality Services Management is designed to introduce students to the unique skills and concepts associated with hospitality services.
Graduates of the Hospitality Services Management CT will be able to:
- Describe key skills and characteristics required for a successful career in hospitality
- Apply key aspects of quality guest services in various hospitality industries
- Explore how technologies are used in hospitality operations or businesses
