INT-2761 Linux Administration


Credits 3
This course covers system administration tasks to support network servers. Emphasis is on configuring hardware, software and storage devices.  Time is also spent on virtalization, server and network monitoring and security.  Additionally students will also learn about scripting, firewalls and command line tools. Students will have to study beyond this course to adequately prepare for the CompTIA Linux+ XK0-004 exam.
Prerequisite(s): INT-1700  
2 class/2 lab hours.
